A survey of your garden will establish the size and shape of the plot and include information about any level changes and existing services. The survey is essential to prepare the design and enable accurate measurements. The site survey drawing will become the basis for the design along with the client brief (completed by the client).
The site survey will include the collection of soil samples, pictures and site data analysis. Once the survey is drawn up and the client brief is returned signed, Susan can begin working on the garden design. A rendered design concept plan (describing the various new elements of the garden, design description), sketches and a mood board (to communicate the feel of materials and plants) will be provided to you.
After further discussion with you, the design concept plan can be revised. When the plan is finalised, an estimate detailing the cost for the construction of the various parts of the garden can be created.
